Article 1: GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1 Trade & Access Consulting is a Belgian Private limited company (SRL), headquartered in Schuman Roundabout 2-4, 1040 Brussels, registered with the Belgian Crossroad Bank of Companies (BCE/KBO) under the number BE078433561 (hereinafter referred to as « Trade & Access» or “We”). This privacy policy is applicable to the website available at the following address: https://trade-access.eu (hereinafter referred to as « Website»).
1.2 All personal data collected by Trade &Access (hereinafter referred to as « Personal data») are processed in compliance with the European and Belgian regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, in particular, Directive 2002/58/EC, amended by Directive 2009/136/EC and the law of 13 June 2005, known as the “Electronic Communications Act”, amended by the law of 10 July 2012.
1.3 You are invited to read carefully the present Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the « Policy »).
1.4 We collect “personal identifiable information” from your subscription on our website, registrations at our events, and any other forms of voluntary agreement.
Article 2: SCOPE
2.1 This Policy explains TRADE & ACCESS’s data processing practices and TRADE & ACCESS related to users’ Personal data.
2.2 The Policy applies to all services provided by TRADE & ACCESS.

4.2 We will not disclose your information to any third parties, unless it is necessary to communicate with you directly, to serve legitimate interests, or to fulfil legal obligations. We have reasonable privacy agreements with any external companies we rely on for our operation.
4.3 We may also disclose your Personal data, if necessary, to (a) respect the applicable laws or satisfy a Court order or injunction; or to (b) protect and defend our rights and the rights of the Users of the Website.
4.4 Except as otherwise provided in the present section, we undertake not to transfer your Personal data to third parties without your approval.

5.1 You have the right to oppose the processing of your Personal data and to the use of said data for the purposes of prospection, particularly of commercial nature. This right may be exercised by sending an e-mail to TRADE & ACCESS Customer Service (email-address) or by filling out our electronic form in the « Help » section of the Website (subsection « Contact us »).
5.2 To unsubscribe from our newsletters you may click on the “unsubscribe” link situated at the bottom of all our newsletters. The unsubscribe requests are taken into account only if you further receive a confirmation message. If you do not receive the confirmation message, you may exercise your right to oppose processing your personal data as described in Article 6.1 of the Policy.
Article 6: YOUR RIGHTS
6.1 You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer your information at any time. For any requests, questions, or complaints, we invite you to contact us at contact@trade-access.eu
6.1 Before replying to a request of modification, rectification or removal of your Personal data, we may invite you to identify yourself.
Article 7: COOKIES
7.1 A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive and/or mobile device containing information about you. The purpose of the cookies is to improve the access to the Website. Cookies may be used to personalize the Website according to your preferences. Cookies also allow the analysis of the use of the Website.

Article 8: SECURITY
8.1 We keep your data in a secure database. The devices we use to access it are protected with passwords and firewalls in secure places.
ARTICLE 9: CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA
9.1 We may store your personal data for a duration that does not exceed what is necessary to achieve the finality for which these data are collected, in particular, to offer you new services. To that end, we will delete your Personal Data from our database after 3 years.
9.2 At the end of that period, or as soon as the users request the deletion of the data or withdraw their consent, the personal data is deleted or anonymized. The deletion of personal data could be postponed in some cases, e.g., when it’s still needed, according to our legitimate interest or legal obligations.
ARTICLE 10: RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of your Data infringes the GDPR.
