Grecia Molina
Customs Expert
Grecia is an expert on rules of origin, customs procedures and trade facilitation. She spent twelve years working for the Mexican Ministry of Economy (2008-2019), which gave her a wide range of experience in negotiations with governments. She enjoyed advising producer associations, NGOs and consultancy firms in understanding the issues to put together solid negotiating positions.
Grecia was head of the rules of origin and trade facilitation teams on behalf of Mexico in the negotiations of the Pacific Alliance; the agreements with Panama, Central America, the EU, EFTA, MERCOSUR, Jordan and Turkey.
She has collaborated with countries, trade associations and companies as an independent consultant since she left the Mexican government in October 2019. She has been in Belgium since 2016.
